Directed by: Stan Lathan
Cast: Dave Chappelle
Running Time: 72 minutes
In what the comic has
described as the last of a long series of comedy specials, at least for a
while, Dave Chappelle takes no prisoners as he gets stuff off his chest,
discussing censorship, Twitter, the LGBTQ community and much more.
The show started a little slow, to the point where I was wondering where things would go, but, then, business picked up nicely. Chappelle is as much a raconteur as he is a stand-up comic. He is a master at it. This is a very funny comedy special, with a powerful ending that sticks with you for a while.
